There are currently 102 party members (as of November 2019), and the proportion of party members has reached 45%. The Hongyi Party Committee is composed of 7 members, namely Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Discipline Inspection Committee, Organization Committee, Propaganda Committee, United Front Work Committee, and Youth Committee. The Secretary of the Party Committee is Comrade Chen Hongyi, the Director of the Law Firm and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Since its establishment, our party organization has adhered to the principle of "leading the construction with party building to promote the construction of the institution", strengthened the political and ideological education of party members and lawyers, focused on the construction of the party member and lawyer team, and carried out various forms of public welfare activities, winning a good social reputation and establishing a good image of "promoting justice with one heart for the people" in the industry. In recent years, the party organization of Hongyi Law Firm has successively won the honorary titles of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization in the Lawyer Industry of Hunan Province" and "Advanced Party Organization in the Lawyer Industry of China", and has been rated as a demonstration point for party building at the provincial and municipal levels. Comrade Chen Hongyi, Secretary of the Party Committee, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Party Member in the National Lawyer Industry".
